George Osborne has been a member at N99 for 3 years. His aircraft, Seawind N184WL image can be found at home in Hangar AA7. George is currently employed as the Dean of The School of Audiology at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He shares two passions - one audiology - the other aviation.

After working on the project for a little over a year in a big old building in Oxford, PA the project was moved to a builder's assist center in Palmetto, FL.
